My whole service experience with Matthews, from scheduling to completion, was flawless. Jared Galusha was a perfect Service Adviser. He kept me well informed about the repair and the options, and made me feel like I was his most important customer. The Technician deserves a lot of credit for cleaning up the mess another VW dealer had made. I was starting to think about buying another car and instead I learned that I didn't need a different car I just needed a different service department. From now on I'll definitely be driving the extra hour to get to Matthews!!! When it really is time to buy a new car I certainly will consider another VW from Matthews.
