My 2022 Tiguan has been in the repair shop for close to two months. The part that failed was on back order at the factory. A rental car was offered for only 10 days. The repair and lack of vehicle support from VW has been a significant burden. Essentially I am making monthly car loan payments on a car I can't drive.

I brought my car in with a noise and told the tech what i thought it was and instead of looking further into they looked at what I said confirmed it wasn’t that and told me I was good, even though I still left with the noise in my car. All they did was tell me what they thought it might be or what I might be hearing, my time was utterly wasted, I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours to be told there was nothing wrong when in fact there is something wrong, countless people came in for there appointment after I showed up and turned my car over to the tech who were in and out in 1 hour I get every job is different but i remember someone having a sway bar changed and fixed and they were in and out before me. My time was wasted and I felt like I was made to sit there for no reason, plus my car still has the noise that I’ve been to 2 different Matthews dealers that were no help
