i am always treated very well when i go to Matthews. I enjoy talking to the people and taking my car up there to be serviced.

My 2022 Tiguan has been in the repair shop for close to two months. The part that failed was on back order at the factory. A rental car was offered for only 10 days. The repair and lack of vehicle support from VW has been a significant burden. Essentially I am making monthly car loan payments on a car I can't drive.
